  • Usually check-in is expected after 1:00PM  to 8:00PM, check-out by 10:30AM, for any particular request please ask in advance.
  • for the maximum hospitality the estimated time of arrival is kindly requested.
  • reservations can be canceled until 7 days from the check-in date, without any charge and loss of  money.
  • payment is requested in cash at the check-in. 

Booking Terms and conditions: 

To complete your reservation and book your room a deposit by money transfer by paypal is requested, equal to the cost of one night.

Cancellation terms and conditions: 

  • if cancellation takes place within 7 days before the arrival date, the whole amount paid for the reservation will be refunded, minus a 3 euro charge for administrative expenses.
  • If the cancellation takes place in the last seven days from the arrival date, or in case of missing presentation (no-show up), nothing will be returned.
